Eligibility and offer terms

Unless a promotion says otherwise, our bonuses require at least one successful deposit. The usual minimum qualifying deposit for a deposit bonus is £20 unless the individual offer specifies another amount. That default does not replace the welcome offer’s stated qualifying deposit. Individual promotion terms take precedence where they conflict with our Bonus Policy. The policy covers rewards credited directly and through prize mechanisms, including Prize Twister.

Real and bonus balances

We use your Real Balance before your Bonus Balance. A win from a bonus-funded bet returns to Bonus Balance unless that bet completes all wagering. At completion, the remaining balance moves to Real Balance, except for a non-cashable bonus. If a bet draws on both balances, we credit a win proportionally. After a promotional free-spin round, bonus credits are multiplied by the played denomination and any applicable coin value to determine the round’s win outcome.

Eligible play and progress

Unless an offer states otherwise, Casino Bonuses and promotional free-spin winnings require wagering of 10 times the total bonus amount. We credit promotional free-spin winnings to Bonus Balance, and only bets made from that balance on eligible games generate wagering points. Bonus wagering begins with slot or scratch bets.

Our standard wagering applies unless otherwise stated and counts only Slots and Scratch games. Mixed wagering counts all games. Some games allow only Real Balance play while a bonus is active. Each game’s information card shows bonus availability, and Cashier under Active Bonuses shows your wagering progress.

Bet cap and points

While wagering a Casino Bonus or free-spin winnings, your maximum bet is the lower of £5 and 10% of the original or credited bonus amount, with a £0.10 minimum applying to that percentage-based amount. Special bet features, gamble functions and other wagering activities count as bets. If you exceed the cap, we may void and remove winnings.

Required wagering converts into redeem points shown as Points to Redeem on the Bonus page in Personal Area. Ordinarily, £1 wagered earns 0.5 points, subject to the policy’s game-specific exclusions and restrictions. Wagering counts towards one bonus at a time. Play on a game tied to a specific bonus contributes to that bonus first. Otherwise, where multiple bonuses are active, it contributes to the largest bonus first under both the same-conditions and different-conditions rules. Payouts apply only to the largest bonus used, even if it has already accrued redeem points.

Non-deposit rewards and expiry

Unless an offer states otherwise, winnings or withdrawals from a non-deposit bonus, free spins, free bets, free bingo tickets or golden chips received without a deposit are capped at the greater of £100 and twice the bonus amount. We remove amounts above that cap and subsequent winnings from those amounts, even after a deposit. A bonus, including bonus funds from free spins, also counts as non-deposit when your Real Money balance at credit is below your most recent deposit. If your last bonus was not linked to a deposit, you must deposit before using another bonus unless its offer says otherwise. Breaching that rule can block future bonuses or remove non-deposit bonus winnings.

Unless otherwise stated, finish non-deposit bonus wagering within 24 hours or we remove the bonus and its winnings. Free spins, free bets, free bingo tickets and golden chips are available for that same period.

Claiming and cancelling rewards

Claim a deposit-linked bonus, play its free spins or free bingo tickets, and play any free spins bought with Real Money before using your available real or bonus funds. Failure to do so may result in winnings being removed. Promotional free spins and free bingo tickets do not reduce your bankroll. Free spins triggered within a game are outside that policy definition.

You may cancel your bonus in your personal area at any time. Cancellation is irreversible. If we exceptionally reinstate it at your request, its full wagering conditions restart regardless of earlier play. If a bonus is consumed, cancelled or expires before wagering finishes, we remove all winnings, including pending or unclaimed winnings from games or promotions played while it was active.

If bonus money has been wagered and lost before all requirements are met, the next deposit automatically resets the bonus as Consumed only when no games remain open. To continue the session and ensure consumption, contact support after depositing. Abuse of this reset to avoid wagering results in removal of all winnings and may result in confiscation of the deposit.

Other bonus conditions

A Pending Bonus appears in your Pending Bonus balance and becomes usable only after wagering is completed. Any non-cashable bonus remaining when wagering finishes or the bonus is consumed is removed rather than moved to Real Balance.

If a technical misconfiguration, human error or other failure credits an incorrect reward, we may remove resulting winnings and add the correctly configured bonus, free spins, free bets, golden chips or free bingo tickets. If a promoted free-spin game is unavailable in your jurisdiction or was wrongly advertised, we award spins on another eligible game with the same or equivalent number and value per spin.

An emailed bonus is available only if you received the email directly from us as an intended targeted recipient. If we determine that you were not an intended exclusive recipient, we will not honour a payout request for that offer even after wagering. We may cancel promotions without notice, without affecting awards already redeemed.

Fair Play

Irregular play can include low-margin, equal, zero-risk or hedge betting done purposely to exploit bonuses, a significant change in betting patterns after building a balance to complete wagering, betting systems or even-money Baccarat and Roulette bets, or changing to a stronger currency before an earned award is credited. We may review play, revoke an abusive promotion entitlement, withhold withdrawals or confiscate winnings and bonuses. Suspected bonus abuse, alone or with others, may also lead to rescinded bonuses, voided winnings and account closure.

Rewards without wagering remain subject to irregular-play monitoring and are subject to Fair Play. A deposit must be intended for play and risk. Attempting to withdraw from a zero-wagering offer without meeting Fair Play conditions results in confiscation of winnings and restriction from future offers. Registering multiple accounts to obtain bonus money results in suspension and removal of funds. Cancelled, denied or disputed payments may cause us to refuse or void bonuses or winnings, and suspected fraud or promotion abuse may lead to blocked bonuses or removed rewards.

Payment methods

Card verification

You can have a maximum of 2 non-verified cards used for deposits at any time. This includes debit cards and different Apple Pay cards. If two cards remain unverified or you reach the deposit limit for unverified cards, we ask you to upload front copies through Personal Area with only the 8 middle digits covered.

Processing and history

Deposit processing varies by processor. In some cases it can take up to 3 days, or a delay may return the funds to your wallet or bank balance. If money has been deducted but has not reached your player account, contact Customer Support with an official statement showing the deduction.

Your deposit and withdrawal records are in Cashier under Transaction History. Where a Loss Limit applies, Cashier should show your remaining available deposit amount after you select a payment method. Your payment provider may also set deposit limits for online casinos.

Receiving funds

We aim to send funds by your preferred payment method, but that may not be possible. If Wire Transfer is the only option shown on your Withdraw page, we can send the withdrawal only that way. Customer Support will contact you if we cannot use your chosen method.

Session troubleshooting

If you cannot withdraw, close any ongoing game sessions and view active bonuses in Cashier under Active Bonuses. Reloading the page and closing an open game with its X can end a session. Contact Customer Support if the problem remains.

Requests and active bonuses

You can request a transaction outside the stated limits or ask to increase an existing request by emailing Customer Support. A request is not a guarantee of approval.

An active bonus does not prevent you from withdrawing, but you must cancel your entire bonus balance, including winnings accrued using the bonus. To withdraw funds related to bonuses, free spins or golden chips, you must have made a prior deposit and risked your own money. Attempting to withdraw without risking the deposit used to obtain a bonus, bingo tickets, free spins, free bets or golden chips forfeits that bonus. If you claim a non-deposit bonus while a withdrawal is pending, we may void that bonus and all subsequent winnings from it.

Uploading documents

All players must upload documents to verify their accounts. In Personal Area, open Upload Documents, choose the document type, select Choose File and then Upload. Send clear colour documents that are valid and have no cut edges. We email a receipt after a successful upload and a separate status update once our payments team has checked the documents. Further checks may be needed, in which case our team will contact you.

Document status and account details

We usually check documents in less than 12 hours, although extra verification can take longer. Contact Customer Support if you have not heard from us within 48 hours. You can correct editable details in Personal Area. Errors in greyed-out identity details, such as your name, surname or date of birth, require Proof of ID.

Setting and viewing limits

You can set deposit limits in Cashier under Personal Settings. Account Limitations lets you restrict access for specified periods, and Personal Area under Responsible Gaming shows your current limitations. Our tools also include deposit caps, session reminders and timeout options. We encourage play for enjoyment rather than chasing losses.

Operator limits and affordability

When certain thresholds are reached, our Safer Gambling Team or automated system may apply an Operator Limit through affordability checks. It can remain while we establish legitimate funding sources and protection against excessive spending. We may request information about your circumstances and supporting documents.
