Find your account controls

Gecko Play also provides session reminders and time-out options. Use the account controls to review the options available to you before making a selection.
Breaks, account closure and self-exclusion
If you want time away from play, review the access restrictions in Account Limitations. For account closure, use the Player Limitation route shown above.
Self-exclusion has a wider scope: an exclusion placed on a Gecko Play account applies to every account held under the same operator licence. Opening another account under that licence does not remove the exclusion.
Ask account support for help if you are unsure which restriction to select. Make clear whether you want a temporary break, account closure or self-exclusion, so the request is understood.
When deposits or play are restricted
A deposit may be blocked because a loss limit applies. After choosing a payment method in Cashier, you should be able to see the deposit amount still available. Your payment provider may also impose its own online-casino deposit limits.
The casino operator carries out affordability checks and may request details about your circumstances or supporting documents. Its safer gambling team or automated system may impose an Operator Limit when relevant thresholds are reached, pending checks on legitimate funding and excessive spending.
Strong signs of gambling-related harm may also result in immediate restrictions on deposits and play. Review the Responsible Gaming section within Personal Area to check your existing restrictions; contact account support if their meaning is unclear.
