At geckoplaycasinouk.co.uk, we explain the Gecko Play conditions you should review before using your account, accepting an offer or requesting a withdrawal. This page summarises selected rules; it does not replace the complete terms presented when you register or take part in a promotion.

Account checks and payments
Gecko Play requires players to provide documents for account verification. You can submit these through Cashier > Account Settings > Upload Documents. Documents that do not satisfy the operator's requirements may be rejected, and further checks can extend the review.
The operator also carries out affordability checks. Depending on the findings, limits may apply while funding evidence is assessed. An increase is not automatic: the first step described in the help material is to upload Funding Evidence through Personal Area > Upload Documents.
Check the cashier for the payment methods available to your account. If money has left your payment account but has not reached your casino balance, contact casino customer support with an official statement showing the transaction.
Requesting a withdrawal
Before requesting a withdrawal, check for open game sessions and active bonuses. Under Gecko Play's Bonus Policy, withdrawing while a bonus is active requires giving up the whole Bonus Balance, including winnings generated from that bonus.
- A submitted withdrawal cannot be cancelled.
- An existing withdrawal must be processed before you submit another request.
- If the withdrawal screen offers only Wire Transfer, that is the available withdrawal method.
- Requests outside transaction limits, or requests to increase an existing withdrawal, should be raised with casino customer support. A request does not guarantee approval.
Which bonus conditions apply?
The operator's Bonus Policy forms part of its terms of use. Individual promotions can add conditions or replace a general bonus rule; where the two conflict, the specific promotion's terms take priority.
Read the offer before claiming it. In particular, check the deposit needed, eligible games, expiry, wagering target and any withdrawal restrictions. Do not assume that two offers have identical conditions.

Bet limits and bonus cancellation
While wagering a casino bonus or free-spin winnings, calculate 10% of the original or credited bonus amount, using £0.10 as the minimum for that calculation. Compare the result with £5: the smaller figure is the maximum permitted bet. For example, a £20 bonus permits a maximum bet of £2 during wagering.
Special betting features, gamble functions and other wagering actions count towards this restriction. Exceeding the limit can result in the operator voiding and removing winnings.
Bonus cancellation cannot be undone as a routine action. If the operator exceptionally agrees to restore a cancelled bonus, its full wagering requirement starts again; previous wagering does not reduce it.
Fair play and offer changes
An offer with no wagering requirement still has conditions. The operator's Fair Play rules require an intention to play and risk deposited funds. Attempting to withdraw winnings from a zero-wagering bonus, free spins or free bingo tickets without meeting those rules leads to removal of all winnings and exclusion from future offers.
The operator may discontinue a promotion without advance notice, but rewards already redeemed are not affected by that cancellation.
